Current Sermon Series

Have you ever stopped to think how God likes to stop for us? On the 6th day of creation God stopped. He stopped using his powerful voice to speak things into existence in order to form with his hands from the dirt a body and breath his breath of life into the first human being. At Bethlehem God stopped. God the son stopped living at pearly gate drive in heavenly county in order to take up residence here among his creation. Not too long after that, on a hill called Golgatha, God stopped. The one who breathed into us the breath of life stopped breathing! He gave up his life so that we might have it to the full for eternity. And one day soon God is going to stop again. He will stop his ministry in heaven in order to come back and gather his people and bring them home with him. And when he does that he will once and for all put a stop to death, mourning, crying, and pain. I'm so glad we have a God that likes to stop for us!

Come join us as we study more about the ways God wants to stop for us and how we can put ourselves in a position to experiences the stops he wants to make in our lives.
